Tell me about your The Beginning!

It was the night before Caitlin’s High School Deb and she was at a friend’s house having a few drinks . Jackson crashed the party with a few of his mates, by that time I may have had a few lol. Caitlin approached him as he had been liking my pictures on Instagram. We shared a few kisses and then I had to leave. We started messaging each other daily until we had the pleasure of doing a cosmetic stocktake at work together. Thanks to our boss Lisa she had placed us on the sinful colours stand (those who work at Kmart will understand this takes a loooong time haha. We got to chatting and decided we were going to go for a drive after work, or go lapping as we used to call it. After the car ride the rest is history! We have together 10 years in September this year.

When and where did you get engaged?

Feb 24th 2021 Caitlin was around 5/6 months pregnant and we went on a date night a week after valentine’s day. Jackson took me to the Curlewis Driving Range to play a round of mini golf. I won by 1 point! After golf we went out for dinner at Parkers Steakhouse followed by some gelato. We went for a walk around the waterfront and I could tell Jackson was nervous because he kept wanting to walk more laps of the decking. I was pregnant exhausted and hot but of course I kept walking along haha! We walked up the steps at the waterfront when Jackson got down on one knee! I realised later he was waiting for no one to be around for the proposal haha!

What style/theme have you chosen for your Wedding Day?

No real theme, just classic with a hint of sage green.

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

Seeing Jackson’s face as I walk down the aisle. Celebrating with friends and family.
